BomBom Market’s vegan kimchi mayonnaise is the dream condiment for any lover of this hot-sour Korean pickle. This creamy mayonnaise is full of zingy flavour from the fermented kimchi and gently warm with a subtle chilli heat - a moreish twist on the classic condiment.
Use this kimchi mayonnaise as an everyday table sauce for dipping chips, spreading inside veggie burgers or as a twist on potato salad. It also makes a perfect condiment for other Asian classics - squeeze dollops on top of california rolls, serve alongside crisp Takoyaki or as a finishing drizzle on Donburi rice bowls.

BomBom market came about when founder Seji decided the much-loved flavours she shared with her Wimbledon supper club needed to be enjoyed by everyone. Her range of traditional Korean sauces and condiments (with a twist!) are an accessible shortcut to the bold and umami-rich flavours of perfect Korean cooking. Plus they are all 100% vegan.
