The Story

This light, crisp vinegar, also known as Champagne-Ardenne vinegar, is made with Pinot Gris and Pinot Meuniere grapes grown in the Champagne region. The vinegar is unfiltered, with a small piece of the ‘mother’ grape added to the bottle to enhance the vinegar’s delicate, grape notes. J. Le Blanc’s champagne vinegar is ideal for dressings, marinades and braising pork dishes.

The champagne vinegar is produced in a family-run huilerie in the southern most village of the Burgundy region – Iguerande. Generations at J.Le Blanc have been producing artisanal nut oils and vinegars since 1878, with an emphasis on quality, and the continuation of traditional techniques.

The vinegar may contain some sediment - called the vinegar "mother". It is naturally occurring in wine vinegars, and helps ferment the wine into vinegar.

Product formulations and details may change. For the latest ingredients and allergen information always check product packaging prior to consumption. Ingredients: champagne ardenne wine vinegar. Contains sulphites.

Allergy Advice: For allergens see ingredients in bold.
