Delicioso salsa mojo picon rojo is garlicky pepper sauce with warm smoked paprika flavour. Made from Piquillo peppers which have a strong sweetness with a bitter hint, the smokey paprika adds rich warmth to this salsa without being overpowering.

Use the mojo Picon Rojo to make Papas con Mojo, a variation of Patatas Bravas originating from the Canary Islands. The versatile smokey flavour also works perfectly alongside other Spanish flavours and dishes - use as a dip for Spanish tortilla or padron peppers.
