Galantino have used the same traditional cold-pressing methods for generations, using olives from one of Italy’s oldest olive growing regions.

How to open

These ceramic bottles are corked and can be opened with a traditional T-shaped wine corkscrew. The bottle's cork is much shorter than a regular wine bottle, so only a couple of screws are needed to get a firm grip. Pull out in a controlled and slow movement. If the cork breaks, a Cork Stopper will allow for a controlled pour and to preserve the oil.
