Grand Rubren lavender liqueur is produced in the Southern Alps. It’s pale purple with the unmistakable aroma of fresh lavender. Add a splash to a glass of white wine to make a floral Kir. Or, use sparkling wine for a bubbly Kir Royale.
This fragrant liqueur adds a floral note to cocktails. Pair it with gin, lemon juice and prosecco to make a Lavender French 75. You can also mix it with soda or sparkling water for a low alcohol spritz.
Lavender liqueur works beautifully in desserts, too. The flavour is intense so use it sparingly. It adds a subtle floral taste to a panna cotta or crème brûlée. You can also pair the liqueur with lemon and white chocolate to make cookies and cupcakes.
