Short Dated Natco Ground Rice, 1.5kg

Natco ground rice is freshly milled from specially selected rice grains, and is perfect for making Indian idlis (round savoury rice cakes), dosas (large rice pancakes) or sweet puddings. The rice is milled to a fine texture which gives sponges and cakes a distinctively smooth texture. The rice works in both sweet and savoury dishes.
