Flying Goose Sriracha with Lemongrass is Thailand’s most famous chilli sauce, but with added Thai citric-floral notes. The lemongrass sriracha is a little milder than the other Flying Goose sauces, letting the lemongrass flavours shine through. Sriracha sauce is named after the coastal Thai city, Si Racha. Ideal with fish and seafood.
